Frequently Asked Questions
We despatch all UK orders on a next working day delivery service as standard, as long as your items are in stock and you’ve placed your order before 4pm Monday to Friday. Your order will be delivered by our courier between 8.00am and 6.00pm, unless you have selected one of our timed delivery options.
For international deliveries, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. If you would like to speak to a member of our team about your delivery, call us on 01582 606033 – we’re here to help.
*Excludes bank holidays. Please note, trunking and conduit products must be ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday for next working day UK delivery.
You can enter a new delivery address while you are placing an order online. Or, if you have an online account with us, you can add or update your delivery address at anytime in your account dashboard.
Our couriers are able to deliver to site addresses. If you have any specific instructions please include them within the delivery instructions field when completing your order.

If you are experiencing any of the following problems with your order:
• My order contains the wrong item
• My order is missing an item
• My order is damaged

To return an item simply read our returns policy and choose one of the following options:
1) Have an online account and ordered online? Return in your online account.
2) Don’t have an online account or ordered offline? Complete a returns form.
To reset your password, click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link on the account login page and follow the instructions. If you do not receive your reset password email, please first check your junk folder. If you have an online account with us, simply login to your account and follow the instructions in the ‘My Invoices’ tab. Alternatively, send our team an email with the invoice number you require to email@example.com who will be happy to help.
You can place your order online even if you don’t have an online account with us, simply add the items to your basket and checkout.
If you would like to take advantage of our online features and benefits such as the Plus Points rewards scheme however, you will need to create an online account.
