The CTT Automated Crimping machine is a bench mounted, electric pneumatic machine made of a robust design construction ensuring reliable, quiet and relatively maintenance-free operation. Operates on 6 bar (90 psi) and 240V electricity supply. Up to 2000 operations per hour achievable.
Straightforward method of setting up machine with the correct applicator and terminal reel. Activation of the machine can be by hand button, hooded foot pedal or sensor.
Crimps pre-insulated terminals only, ranging from size 0.30mm² to 6mm². Range of terminals (ring, pin etc) supplied on reels of either 1500 or 1000.
A lightweight crimp machine die applicator is also available, which can be easily fitted by means of simple magnetic anchoring lock.
