The A2F Compression Gland is designed for use with unarmoured elastometric and plastic cables in hazardous areas where it is necessary to provide a flameproof / increased safety EExde IIC seal on the outer sheath. Fitted with two specially formulated elastomeric seals. Inner seals on the cable sheath. Harder outer seal grips the cable, giving superior cable retention and IP rating. Seals on the cable sheath, to IP68 if ftted with a sealing gasket. Gland kits include 2 glands,brass lock-nuts,sealing washers & shrouds.
